Autism Know How is a series of modules that introduce respite workers, students, volunteers, and support professionals who support autistic individuals, to the autism spectrum. Learning outcomes for this curriculum will:

1) Provide an introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorder;
2) Provide an introduction to Respite Support;
3) Introduce the learner to some basic skills and strategies for supporting individuals with autism;
4) Define self-care and when it is appropriate to be used to assist individuals with autism.
